This study aimed : Main Research Title: (The grammatical disagreement explained hardheads through the Quranic witnesses in book of the fairness in questions of the disagreement for AL ANBARY) The research is a grammatical study in disagreed issues listedinAl ENSAF BOOK of AL ANBARY in disagreement issues betweenAl Basreyeen and Al Kofeyeen by the identified explainers ALTABARY, AL ZAMAKHSHARY, IBN ATTIYA, AL RAZY, ALQORTOBY, ALNSFY, ABO HAYYAN, AL SAMIN AL HALABI andAL ALOOSI through their Explanation of the miracles’ witnessesfor AL ANBARY in AL ENSAF BOOK, and the choice of theexplainers are based on their eras, grammatical experience andtheir methodologies in their explanations. The Plan of the Research was as follows: The introduction which has the reasons, the goals, usedmethodology, difficulties, previous studies and brief includestranslation for each certified explainer, then two chapters and onemore chapter in grammatical synthetic and many modules andeach one contains many lessons and one more chapter includesSARF cases and each lesson contain many researchesThen the end which contain the last results reached by theresearcher and knowing the sources of the explainers that were forthem the first supporter, and their transfer from it by differentmethods and clarifying how much they affected each other’s andclarifying their loyalty to different grammatical schools and theirindependency of some of them with his own opinion.As well as knowing the invalidity of a lot of grammatical opinionsattributed to some grammarians that are available in thegrammatical books and the search proved to be incorrect for thoseattributed to him.
