Problem of study: The problem of study can be worded in the following main question: What are the requirements of the application of Electronic Management in primary Education in Villages? And from this main questionnaire branches theses questions: 1- what is the conceptual frame work of electronic management? 2- What are the in herent necessities behind using electronic management ? 3- What are the fields of applicating electronic management in schools of primary education in villages? 4- What is the conceives proposal of applicating electronic management in schools of primary education in villages? Aims of study: This study aims to word a conceived proposal that activate using electronic management in schools of primary Education through: 1- Recognition of application requirements of electronic management. Tool and sample of study: This study depended on questionnaire for the purpose of detection of obstacles that impedes application of electctronic management, and determining the most important requirements to over come these obstacles, this tool will be applicated on: 1- sample of principals and teachers in schools of primary education in dakahliya governorate that have accredition. 2- Sample of principles and teachers in schools of primary education that haven’t Accreditation. 3- Sample of fathers council in some schools. Results of study: - The study reached that human difficulties in Accredited and not accoredited schools are the same and there aren’t differences. - But the material difficulties are higher in schools that haven’t accreditation than accredited schools.- There aren’t statistical differences for application requirements of electronic management in accredited schools and schools that haven’t accreditation.
