Abstract The aim of this thesis is to define and study certain subclasses of p-valent meromorphic functions defined by some multiplier transformations and analytic in punctured unit disc This thesis consists of five chapters:- Chapter 1: This chapter is an introductory chapter and it contains basic concepts, definitions and preliminary results which are absolutely essential for understanding the results and techniques used in subsequent chapters Chapter 2: This chapter consists of two sections. The first section is an introductory section and contains the definition of the class of meromorphic functions. Chapter 3: Contains the definition of the class Also many other differential subordinations and superordinations results are obtained. And the Sandwich-type result is obtained. Chapter 4: Contains some subordination and superordination preserving properties associated with the integral operator is given by in the chapter first. Chapter 5: Contains the definition of the class which consists of functions in ,contains Also coefficient inequalities, distortion theorem, closure theorems, integral operators and convolution properties. Finally, the class preserving integral operators.
