Abstract
Geophysical studies include gravity, magnetic and electric measurements
were carried out in the northern part of the western bank of the High Dam
Lake in order to study the subsurface geologic structures and the Basement
configuration. Gravity studies started in 1986 by establishing the gravity
base stations for the region and carrying out precise gravity measurements
along lines where geodetic measurements are carried out.
