المستخلص
This study approached the political System of Lebanon in an important Period after The Civil War in 1975 which continued fifteen years. Then, The Second Republic started according to Al Taif agreement in Saudi Arabia in 1989,which The Constitution has been established on it .
This study represents The Political life in Lebanon through the period (1990 – 2010) that Lebanon started to build itself again and return the stability and the sovereignty on all its land . In that period Rafik al-Hariri appeared and became Prime Minister in three periods from ( 1992 -1996 ), 1996 – 1998 ),( 2000 – 2004), and he had been assassinated in 2005. So, Lebanon started again the state of political violence and instability, and followed by the Israeli War on Lebanon in 2006 . These two events returned The Variance between the Political Actors in Lebanon.
This study consists of four chapters, The First Chapter studied the main concepts of the study, and the followed chapters studied The political life and The Associational Democracy in Lebanon from ( 1990 – 2010 ).
The Conclusion of The Study is that the interrelated actions and reactions between The Official and Non-Official Powers helped to restore and keep Political Stability in Lebanon during The Period of The Study (1990 – 201 ).
