Abstract
The aim of the present study is to: 1- Assess the DNA content (DNA ploidy) of different grades of OED and OSCC by flow cytometry. 2- Assess the immunohistochemical expression of BUBR1 protein of different grades of OED and OSCC. 3- Correlate DNA ploidy and BUBR1 immunoreactivity of the studied cases. 4- Correlate DNA ploidy findings and immunohistochemical results with histopathological grades of the studied lesions. 5- Evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic significance of the results.
