Abstract The cenrical region is the most highly developed area of the vertebral column. This work aimed at studying the morphometry of the cervical vertebrae, the cervical spinal canal and cord. The present work enrolled two categories, the first was to study the morphometry of the dried cervical vertebrae. The second was to measure the cenrical spinal cord, canal and vertebral bodies using selected metrizarnide computed tomographic ”CT and magnetic resonance ”MR” films.
