Abstract
This study was conducted on 40 patients with undiagnosed pleural lesions. It was carried out in chest and radiology departments, Faculty of medicine, Tanta university hospital during the period from may 2013 to April 2014. The aim of this work was to compare between safty and eficacy of ultrasound guided percutaneous transthoracic core needle biopsy and medicine thoracoscopy in diagnosis of pleural lesion.
