Introduction
The interest of any society in special groups is the standard by which
we can judge the progress of society. In the past it was looked hopelessly at
this category of society. They were living in an atmosphere of
disappointment and frustration, they occupy a serious social problem
associated with other social problems such as begging, crime, homelessness
and the like. The interest in children in any society is considered an interest
in the future of this society as a whole. The progress and advancement of
societies is measured through the extent of interest in their children, looking
after them and study their problems and working to solve them.
Problems faced by the special groups are varied. Some are due to the
individual himself and what the failure or inability or deprivation is suffering
