The main aim of the current research is to set a proposed perception to activate the international education for faculty members and their assistants in the faculties of education in the light of some international experiences, In light of the nature of the subject and its aim, the current research uses the comparative method in view of its appropriateness to the nature of this research and the answering to some of the research questions, the researcher designed a questionnaire addressed to a sample of faculty members and their assistants in the pedagogical departments in some of the Faculties of Education in order to identify the impediments to international education they have and the activated requirements, The search is over to conceptualize a proposal to activate the international education for faculty members and their assistants in the Faculties of Education in the light of some benefit from international experience whereas this perception ensures several requirements including:
• Organizing workshops to raise awareness of the importance of participating inactivities of international education, such as conferences and scientific missions and others.
• Finding a mechanism for linking the activities of international education and evaluation of faculty member
• Re-Consideration of university regulations and adding to it the texts that supporting the international education for faculty members and their assistants
• Finding a systematic program for dispatching the assistants in coordination with the University
• Holding international seminars and conferences on a regular basis
