The Problem:The problem with the study in an attempt to identify the variables of social, economic and cultural transformations associated with the technology in the Egyptian village.The Objectives of the Study:1 . Knowing the social and economic characteristics of the Egyptian village.2. detection of positive and negative effects of technological changes in the Egyptian village.Division of the study:The current study consists of six chapters in addition to the prologue and epilogue subjected to the most important results and recommendations of the study: the first chapter entitled concepts study and direction theoretical study of rural society, and the second chapter titled previous studies, and the third chapter deals with ”the rural community: social and cultural characteristics, the fourth chapter the ”technological changes and their impact on the rural community”, Chapter V procedures for field study methodology, and Chapter VI discuss the results of the field study.Results of the study:1-The results indicated increased activity in communication with residents of the village and was reflected in the development of methods and means of communication, which means out of rural isolation where they lived previously.2- With regard to the negative aspects result using the Internet is clear to us that there are many negative aspects, including promoting behaviors and habits strange alien to the village.
