Abstract
Some organic heterocyclic compounds especially 1,3,4-Oxa(thia)-diazoles derivatives was prepared, followed by loading with synthetic and natural polymer (polyamides and chitosan). New nanocomposites based on polyamide clay and chitosan clay for the aim to explore the biological activity of these compounds against some Gram +ve , Gram –ve bacteria and fungi as well as studying the antimicrobial, toxicity and anti-inflammatory properties of these products in experimental animals. So, the work in this thesis is divided into the following parts .
