Affiliationis considered a national issue that deserves the interest of not only the educational officials but also all the state`s officials. The individual is not considered a member of his society unless he belongs to his society physically and spiritually. Gatherings cannot be defined as societies without their members` belongingness. Hence, Affiliation, as a concept, is an individualistic necessity and a social one as well. Methodology: The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method. Research Tools : The research depends on questionnaire applied to educational administration and teachers of secondary schools at ElGarbeia governator. Research Sample : The research sample depends on secondary schools administration, teachers and social workers at ElGarbeia governator. The study achieved its goal through handling its main topic in seven chapters as the following: Chapter One : The General Outline of the Study : This chapter handles the study`s problem, objective, importance, methodical procedures and the literature that the study can make use of. Chapter Two : The National Affiliation: the Concept, Types, Importance, and Relationship to Adolescence and Youth: Within this chapter, the researcher handles the concept of national Affiliationand its nature, types, fields, circles, importance, its relationship to the concept of alienation and some theories that explain it and its relationship to adolescence and youth. Chapter Three : Values and their Relationship to National Affiliation In the Light of the Era`s Variables : This chapter shows the concept of values, its importance, classification and some attached theories. Chapter Four: Social Systems, the Era`s Variables and their Influence on National Affiliation: Through this chapter, the researcher explores the influence of social systems on the issue of national Affiliationsuch as the social, economic, political, systematic, and educational systems. Chapter Five : Some Factors that Help in Developing the National Belongingness in the Light of the Era`s Variables : This chapter discusses the status, aims and importance of the Public Secondary education and the social functions as well. Besides, it reviews the methods and mechanisms of secondary school to improve the national Affiliationin the light of the era`s variables, namely (the teacher -school administration - the school climate - teaching methods - the courses - school activities). Chapter Six : The Procedures of the Field Study and their Findings: It demonstrates the procedures of the field study through clarifying its objective, designing and preparing its tool, verifying its validity and consistency, choosing the study sample, applying the study tool, identifying the obstacles that face the researcher during his application and processing the statistics. Later, the field study and is findings has been shown in thirteen axes and the study findings related to the variables of sort, educational administration, the school job. Chapter Seven : The Findings and Recommendations : This chapter sums up the main theoretical and field findings of the study. The study presents vital recommendations to achieve the study objective which can be crystallized as : activating the role of the secondary school in developing the national belongingness among their students in the light of the contemporary social variables.
