Abstract

The blockage of the coronary arteries is a global problem which comes in first place of death in the world for maternal cardiovascular disease, with more than 4.5 million deaths occur in the developing world.
It is expected that this ratio is under the next decade to increase Mn28.9% Aly36.3%, which represents more than one-third of deaths worldwide, is that Egypt is one of the top countries in heart disease, as reported in the latest statistics published on the web online where the number of deaths infected with acute myocardial infarction in 2004 to 4218.
Also, myocardial infarction significantly hamper the quality of life by causing heart failure or arrhythmia thermal and prevention of this disease is an important goal of public health.
And myocardial his reasons are complex and many interconnected with each resulting from several factors, as well as genetic factors that are believed to result from the interaction between the genetic makeup of the person and various environmental factors.
These factors consist of traditional risk factors, including high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol disease. Van each risk factor in and of itself is under partial control of the factors of genetic and family history of myocardial factor gene is also an independent predictor, which indicates the presence of a responsible genes addition to the traditional factors and other Moreover, some patients who have infarction did not have any of the traditional risk factors, suggesting the contribution of genetic element.
Also, the oxidative stress plays a crucial role in the development of atherosclerosis by oxidation low-density lipoprotein, which leads to the formation of later foam cells. On the contrary, high-density lipoprotein is known as anti-oxidant.
