Abstract Aim of the work To assess the relationship of serum receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa beta ligand ( s RANKL) and the morbidity and mortality in patients presented with acute heart failure in six and 12 months. Objectives of the study 1- To evaluate the relationship between serum RANKL level and echocardiography changes in patients with acute heart failure. 2- To correlate the relationship between serum RANKL level and Clinical and laboratory findings as hemoglobin, serum creatine, serum sodium, potassium, ECG changes as cardiac biomarkers. 3- To assess the relationship between serum RANKL and short term mortality and re-hospitalization . |
