Abstract
This study was to evaluate the role of SIS in the diagnosis of different uterine pathologies. The study included thirty married female of different ages ranging from 20 to 60-year-old and divided into two main groups group A for those screened for infertility and group B for those complained of abnormal uterine bleeding. They evaluated on the same day with both TVS and SIS and after exclusion of 6 failed cases , 24 cases were included in the statistical analysis (10 in group A and 14 in group B).
