Abstract
Modern protocols for treatment of childhood acute leukemia depend on risk stratification . This treatment protocol aims to improve the cure rate and survival of children with low risk B lineage ALL and included 115 low risk ALL patients aged {u2265}1 year <10 years who presented to Pediatric Oncology Department at National Cancer Institute, Cairo University from 25th May 2003 and were treated and followed up till the end August 2009.
