Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the impact of a designed protocol of nursing care on acute spinal injuries patient’s outcomes including a) functional status as regards self care, mobility, communication, psychosocial adjustment & cognitive function, b)life satisfaction which related to moral, adjustment & psychological well being, c)patients, complications which happen during hospitalization. Functional health approach and nursing process was used as a theoretical framework.
