The art of fashion design for the main engine and apparel industry directly affected by scientific and technical progress for each time period, in addition to that this kind of change in the arts calls for ongoing study of the factors affecting it and attention to building generations specialized in this field and has the ability to derive human needs and understanding of Higher Technological Advancement in various fields in order to improve the garment industry and make products more compatible with the actual needs of the market. The e-learning means, which supports the educational process and the transformation of the process of indoctrination into the process of creativity, interaction and skills development offering the latest methods in the field of education, publishing and entertainment by computer programs and the Internet, and the teacher is considered the backbone of the educational process, both basic and mail The problem of the research may be formulated in the following questions 1 - What basic skills that students need in the Children’s Fashion Design? 2-What is the program e-learning that suits for the development of skills Children’s Fashion Design by students home economics dept., faculty of specific education, Assiut University? 3- What is the effectiveness of the proposed program in the collection of the knowledge and develop the skills of students in Children’s Fashion Design? (2 4- What students’ opinions about e-learning program to develop the skills of Children’s Fashion Design؟ Targets The aim of the present research to: - 1- Determining the basic skills to Children’s Fashion Design 2- Design and Preparing program for e-learning in the development of skills of Children’s Fashion Design 3- Measure the effectiveness of the proposed program of elearning in the Children’s Fashion Design collection to acquire the knowledge and skills of the students 4- To identify the students’ opinions about the use of elearning program to develop the skills of Children’s Fashion Design Importance of the research The importance of the present research are as follows: 1- Contribute to offer new ways of teaching with the decisions of clothing university education in an interesting and attractive 2- Current research seeks to keep up with modern trends which calls for using the education and e-learning in the educational process, and evaluate the extent of benefit from them 3- The development of the educational process to cope with deployment cognitive and information and open the way for self-learning and keeping up with the rapid developments in education 4- The possibility of using the proposed program at the industrial garment factories and educational preparation for Codar technical needs of the labor marke (3) 5- Can benefit from the results of this study in the preparation of other programs using e-learning in other areas of clothing and textiles Research sample Search has been applied to all students of the third year of the Division of Home Economics Faculty of Specific Education Assiut University - in fashion design decision, and thus study sample consisted of 30 students They are all students of the third year of the Division of Home Economics Faculty of Specific Education, Assiut University academic year 2013-2014m were divided into: Sample exploratory :- t consists of (10) students The research sample: It consists of (20 students), a group one experimental tests are carried out before and after Methodology of the research Use the present research are: 1- descriptive approach: to describe and analyze previous studies and the preparation of the theoretical framework and analysis and interpretation of results 2- Quasi-experimental approach: a method which is used to determine the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variables. Has been the use of quasi-experimental approach in the present research to detect the relationship between the following variables 1- Independent variable 2-Dependent variables collection of knowledge related to the content skills of Children’s Fashion Design performance skills associated with the content skills of Children’s Fashion Design (4) Search Tools: Research tools included the following: 1- The esperimental material used in the E-Learning Program proposed for learning some cradle skills of Children’s Fashion Design,It was prepared by Flash 8mx (Adobe Illustrator cs5 Adobe Flash cs5- Camtasia Studio) It included some media written texts, images, video, sound, and music. 2- A form for analyzing the skills of Children’s Fashion Design 3-A form for measuring the applicability of the program 4-Achievement test (tribal - after me) to measure student achievement of the knowledge contained in the program 5- A skill test (tribal - after me) to measure how students acquire the skills involved in the WFP 6- A notice card of performance skill to measure the skill level of the students during the performance of the skills involved in the program 7- A questionnaire to survey students’ opinions about the use of the proposed program in the development of some children’s fashion design skills The thesis had four chapters arranged as follow Chapter one it contained the research plan including an introduction, the research problem, aim, importance of the research, limits of the research, sample, methodology, hypotheses, procedures terms, and the statistical processing of the research (5) Chapter two It contained the theoretical background related to the topic. to the definition of growth and growth stages and specialize studying early childhood, and the characteristics of children’s clothing at this stage, and also included a chapter on the study of practical skill and defined, and aspects of learning, And also included a chapter on the study of practical skill and defined, and aspects of learning, and steps to acquire the skill and the terms of the acquisition of skill and straightened, And also included a chapter on children’s clothing in the basic stages of childhood (Alambkrh- Central - late), the basic vocabulary of children’s clothing, and also included a chapter on the concepts of both the design and fashion design and fashion design children, and contained a chapter on the computer And the importance of its use in fashion design contained a chapter to explain the program interface ”Adobe Elistirato” in terms of some of the tools and menus that were used in the design Chapter Three This chapter contains the theoretical background associated with e-learning and its definition and characteristics of elearning and its importance, and its benefits, and the types of e-learning and its objectives, and the reasons for the trend towards e-learning, and strategies, and constraints of elearning, And also contained on the instructional design for elearning and the definition of instructional design, and instructional design principles of e-learning and included on some models of instructional design Chapter four It included the procedures, the method of preparing the program using e-learning, and preparing the assessment tools (6) It also included the validity and reliability of the research tools, and the statistical treatments used Chapter five The results & recommendations and the proposed future work The important results were 1- The proposed e-learning program has an effectiveness in acquiring of knowledge and develop the skills of fashion design, where the children that the proportion of average earnings equal to (1.62), a value lies in the range set by the BlackBerry between the two values (1.2-2). So they are statistically significant 2- There are statistically signficant differences at (0.01 between the average scores of students in the achievement test before implementing the program and for the benefit of several post application 3-- There are significant differences between the average scores of students in the test skill before the application of the program and several in favor of the post application, where the percentage of earning average ”1.76” of total kidney to test the skill, a value statistically significant and unacceptable where located in the range specified by the ”Black,” Which ranges between ”1.2 to 2 4-students’ opinions about the proposed e-learning program for the development of the skills of some children a positive fashion design. 7 Research Abstract Research Name : Ragaa Mostafa Mohammed Hassan Research Title : Efficacy of E-Learning Program for Skills Development of Children’s Fashion Design Research Place : Faculty Of Specific Education - Assiut University Research questions: - 1 - What basic skills that students need in the Children’s Fashion Design 2- What is the super program e-learning for the development of skills among Children’s Fashion Design students by home economics dept faculty of specific education, Assiut University؟ 3- What is the effectiveness of the proposed program in the collection of the knowledge and develop the skills of students in Children’s Fashion Design? 4- What students’ opinions about e-learning program to develop the skills of Children’s Fashion Design?
