Abstract

Fifteen colonier of purified bacteria from soil samples were obtained from three different regions contaminated with petroleum wastes. Qualitative and quantitative measurements were tested to reach the most effective microorganism (bacteria) in the production of biosurfactant in the presence of different conditions.
