Abstract
The nutritionally important trace elements share a high biological activity, implemented through association. with enzymes, hormones or vitamins. Selenium (Se) was recognized as ал important trace element because it is both essential and toxic within a relatively narrow concentration range (Schwartz & Foltz, 1957).
