المستخلص This study aims to determine the impact of talent management on organizational innovation, the study was applied on Telecom Egypt Company – Dakahliaʼs telephones zone, The researcher Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, which was conducted on a representative sample of the employee that working in Dakahliaʼs telephones zone (N= 204). The researcher used a questionnaire list has been prepared for the purpose of collecting data for the study variables that represent the dimensions of Talent management and organizational innovation, as the researcher used to analyze the data from both the field study of the correlation coefficient, and the method of stepwise analysis. Results indicate that (1) there is no extent of variation among the employee’s views in the researched company due to demographic changes. (2) there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of talent management and organizational innovation. (3)there is significant effect of the dimensions of talent management on the dimensions of organizational innovation. |
