This study (the window mechanism per overcome obstacles to investment comparative study with application to the Kurdistan region of Iraq), this study represents an attempt to study the problem of managerial slack and procedural obstacles in the field of foreign investment in Iraq’s Kurdistan region and ways to address them through the single window mechanism, because of this type of investments of great importance in the process of economic development as an important means to bring funds and expertise and technologies with high quality of the country’s capital, and as a primary source of funding for projects in the productive sectors of the economy. This study consists of a summary and introduction and preliminary chapter and four chapters and a conclusion, have pointed to the importance of the subject, and the difficulties of the study with a clarification of study methodology, and addresses the introductory chapter the concept of single window and its importance with reference to the vision of economic organizations and entities of such a mechanism, and how they work, and devotes the first chapter to eat Investment and forms in terms of the concept and importance of focusing on foreign direct investment, for its association with the single window system, and presents the second chapter, titled ”pioneering experiments in attracting investment and facilitate procedures through the single window system” unique economic and development situation in both Malaysia and Singapore, with the foundations of success addressed these two experiences that represent the application of the single window system one of the most important Erkanama, Chapter III contains the reality of investment in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, which is the focus of the study, while the fourth chapter presents how to take advantage of the window mechanism in the treatment of a single administrative slack in Iraqi Kurdistan.
