Abstract

Analysis using Nanocatalysts and its comparison by the yield of total unsaturated we found, it revealed the maximum unsaturated hydrocarbons is obtained by using Pd/CaO was 91.65 wt. % mainly ETHYLENE 88.21 wt. % and traces of propylene compared with ethylene. Pt/SiO2, Pt/CaO, Pd/SiO2 gave also satisfactory results for the % yield of unsaturated hydrocarbon; 85.57 wt. % (ethylene 51.11 wt. %, propylene 13.91 wt. %, butene 20.55 wt. %), 87.78 wt. % (ethylene 55.28 wt. %, propylene 25.65 wt. %, butene 6.85 wt. %), and 88.03 wt. % (ethylene 77 wt. %, propylene 11.01 wt. %) respectively. Accordingly, Pd/CaO give the ideal choice for specialty and production of ETHYLENE for feedstock (A). Also, for the second feedstock, we demonstrated that the maximum unsaturated hydrocarbons is obtained by using Pd/CaO was 92.37 wt. % mainly ETHYLENE 89.36 wt. % and traces of propylene compared with ethylene. Pt/SiO2, Pt/CaO, Pd/SiO2 gave also satisfactory results for the % yield of unsaturated hydrocarbon; 82.56 wt. % (ethylene 55.3 wt. %, propylene 20.97 wt. %, butene 6.29 wt. %), 87.57 wt. % (ethylene 58.05 wt. %, propylene 24.62 wt. %, butene 4.9 wt. %), and 89.58 wt. % (ethylene 76.06 wt. %, propylene 13.52 wt. %) respectively. Accordingly, Pd/CaO give the optimum condition for the production of ETHYLENE for feedstock (B). Highly attractive results confirmed that the results that show the maximum unsaturated hydrocarbons is obtained by using Pd/CaO was 92.92 wt. % mainly ETHYLENE 89.3 wt. % and traces of propylene compared with ethylene. Pt/SiO2, Pt/CaO, Pd/SiO2 gave also satisfactory results for the % yield of unsaturated hydrocarbon; 82.04 wt. % (ethylene 53.04 wt. %, propylene 19.31 wt. %, butane 9.69 wt. %), 89.96 wt. % (ethylene 59.2 wt. %, propylene 26.34 wt. %, butene 4.42 wt. %), and 89.34 wt. % (ethylene 80.27 wt. %, propylene 3.62 wt. %) respectively. Accordingly, Pd/CaO give optimum condition for the production of ETHYLENE using feedstock (C).
