Abstract Given the importance of recovery and recycling of exhaust and waste to its close connection to add value to products , and also to the lack of raw materials (natural - industrial ), with a steadily growing number of population ,inflation the size of waste ,to the large production and manufacturing and the amount of consumption , prompting researchers and scientists to move in this direction , an increase of research in the areas of reducing wastes , the best use of the product , the recovery of waste and exhaust, and improve environmental conditions. At present is recycled the wastes of spinning and weaving both yarn cotton waste, or knitted fabrics waste and it operated on the open end machines, spinning with the addition of a proportion of synthetic fibers such as polyester or acrylic, ranging from 10% to 30 % and the proportion of the waste on the order of 70 % to 90%, depending on the customer’s requirements and the threaded required specifications. Due to the severe shortage of raw cotton, also to the lack of area planted, natural disasters, and also due to the high price, avoiding and reducing waste of becomes an urgent need to be competitive in the market. Objective of the research is to get a blending without fibers of raw cotton and perfectly access to specification yarns exist in the market, and using a special method to deal with this hard waste in stages Opening, mixing and the Carding, and the main blend consists of knitted fabrics waste or yarn cotton waste with man-made fiber, and are made adjusts factors affecting the degree of opening hard waste either yarn waste or knitted fabrics waste. And has been working in this research study for all types extracted from the waste stages of different textile and natural properties. And was the work for the study of the most important variables of the machine of opening waste (Tearing machine) and the resulting fiber to reach the best opening. Five blends were designed of three different three types of fiber resulting from the opening knitted fabrics waste or yarn cotton waste with polyester filaments, to obtain the components of the blend leads to the properties of yarn meets the requirements of the client. It was the study of the cost of the product, taking into account the costs of raw materials and the cost of operating style. |
