This study dealt with one industrial activity sections, a construction industry sector, a comprehensive and detailed study, where these industries is the character on the industries in the study area, as this industry is closely linked to growth and urbanization and the evolution of the level of housing and infrastructure projects, it is necessary for all sectors of development. The study came in five chapters preceded by an introduction, and appended to, Addressed submitted determine the study area, and previous studies, the reasons for choosing the topic, goals, and methods of the study, methods and tools and stages, and the difficulties encountered, and the study plan.and the first chapter discusses the general geography of the study area features, and included this chapter on : natural features and human features in the study area, Showing Chapter II geographical factors affecting the construction industry in the district Darbandikan, Singled Chapter III study the geographical distribution of Construction Industries, which includes a geographical distribution Construction Industries located in the study area includes all of the (Block industry, cutting and crushing stone quarries and washers gravel and sand, Kashi industry, marble industry, pipes, concrete, and includes the construction industry in the district Darbandikan about 78 plants, come quarries, washing machines, gravel and sand in the forefront,and Chapter IV economic aspects of the construction industry, and included : First, the characteristics of the construction industry. Second, marketing trends, Third : structural composition Construction Industries, Fourth, economic return, quarries, washing products industry was the first prize worth 525 million Iraqi dinars and accounted for 35% of the total value added, the study concluded that there is no external marketing products industry, as for the economic return of the industries in the district Darbandikan bringing the overall average earnings around (38.77) in 2013,The fifth chapter has been the most important problems and the future of the construction industry in the study area, It turns out that the demand for the construction industry continues to increase because of the region is witnessing progress and prosperity, the study suggested a future map for Construction Industries, came the conclusion of the most important findings of the study, according to which it was proposed a set of recommendations for the promotion of the construction industry.
