The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between sample size and critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparison procedures in light of level of significant and number of groups, the researcher has used the numerical ability test , a sample of the study consisting of 150 male and female students scientific people, College of Education, Assiut University, The study found the following results:
1- There are correlation with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, between the critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparisons procedures and sample size when the number of the groups is three and level of significance is 0.05 and 0.01.
2- There are correlation with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, between the critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparisons procedures and sample size, when the number of the groups is four and level of significance is 0.05 and 0.01.
3- There are correlation with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, between the critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparisons procedures and sample size, when the number of the groups is five and level of significance is 0.05 and 0.01.
4- There are differences with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, between the critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparisons procedures when the number of the groups is three and level of significance is 0.05 and 0.01.
5- There are differences with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, between the critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparisons procedures when the number of the groups is four and level of significance is 0.05 and 0.01.
6- There are differences with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, between the critical values of Post-hoc multiple comparisons procedures when the number of the groups is five and level of significance is 0.05 and 0.01.
7- There is no differences with statistical significance between the ratios of using post-hoc multiple comparison procedures in the theses at the educational departments at College of education, Assiut University.
