المستخلص The present study aimed at identifying the barriers of creativity in different educational stages and the differences between them in each educational stage so as to set some suitable recommendations and suggestions that may help resolve these obstacles in the different stages of education. The researcher used pre-university Facilitators and impediments to Creativity Scale by AlKennany, M TO rationalize the scale and calculate its reliability and validity, the researcher use a random sample of student from different stages of general education (no = 1690) during the academic year 2013 – 2014 in the region of the Green mountain, Libya. The sample also included some principals and 596 administrators out of schools. This sample has been taken from 71 governmental schools and 53 private schools. Among these, there were 46 in-city schools and 25 schools were taken from outskirts. The experiment of study lasted for two months (February and March). The study revealed the following results: 1-there is No effect of the interaction of student’s sex and grade on the creativity constraints that are related to the role of the educational process in the development of students’ creativity in the cognitive, and the affective sides, and total mark. However, there is an effect of the interaction of student’s sex and grade on the creativity constraints on the role of educational administration on developing the creativity of students. 2- There is No effect for the interaction between sex and type of school on creativity constraints. 3-No effect of the interaction of school type and stage of study on the emotional obstacles, and obstacles related to the school administration. 4-There are differences in the constraints of creativity among each stage of the various stages ofeducation. In the secondary stage, it was for third year secondary school students’ total marks and the affective constraints. For 2nd year secondary, it was in favor of constraints of educational administration For preparatory stage, it was in favor of 2nd year prep students’ affective and total constraints. 5- There are no differences in the constraints of creativity from the perspective of the three directors of different grades (Elementary_ secondary – preparatory) on a scale the role of the educational process in the development of students’ creativity. 6-There are no differences in the impediments to innovation from the perspective of teachers in the three stages of education (primary - preparatory - secondary) on a scale the role of the school management in the development of student creativity. |
