Abstract
The Present inevestigation was carried out in upper Egypt at Nag-Hammady and Farshout districts, Qena Gove rnornorate during two successive seasons of 2010/2011. and 2011/2012. The present work aimed at throwing light on the scale insects and mealybugs species attacking mamdarin, orange and lemon trees and their associated insect parasitoids and predators, also, different host plants infested with red scale insect and their infestation levels, the seasonalabundance of aoniddiella aurantii and its associated natural enemies. Also, the effect some weather abiotic and biotic factors on aonidiella aurantii, vertical and horizontal distribution of Aonidiella aura ntii and its associated natural enmies on mandarin, orange and lemon trees were investigated. Finally, the effect of some scalicides compounds on red scale insect and its natural enemies was determmined in the field. one additional laboratory bioassay was conducted on Aonidiella aurantii using some scalicides compound. the results could be summarized as follow.
