Abstract

Our work aimed to study the effect of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and its activity on the quality of life in SLE patients.Our study included One Hundred Egyptian SLE patients collected randomly from outpatient clinic and patients admitted to Internal Medicine Department at Tanta University Hospitals. All patients underwent full history taking, detailed clinical examination, measure of (QoL) by The Short Form ( SF)-36 questionnaire , Systemic Lupus Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) score was calculated accordingly.
