Abstract
This study revealed that Tramadol use disorder is present in subjects of total studied subjects. Which was significantly higher among construction workers and drivers compared to other groups The highest frequency among age groups was that for the age years with a mean age of + . with higher percentage of Tramadol use disorder between age - years Also, this study illustrated impaction of friends and family on high risk groups which was significantly higher in club attendants , factory workers for family members and in construction workers and drivers for friends Concerning source of Tramadol for high risk groups was higher from friends, ( subjects) , than other sources as physician pharmacist ,drug dealer and others.
