Abstract 1- Tungsten trioxide (WO3) thin films are prepared on heated glass substrates using spray pyrolysis technique from ammonium paratungstate ((NH4)10(W12O41)•5H2O) 2- Solution of molarity 0.005M and 0.01M were sprayed onto glass substrates at various temperatures namely, 250, 300, 350 and 400oCto preparefilms of different thicknesses(160, 330 and 650 nm) but all the other parameters were kept constant The post-depositionannealing in air was done for the samples which are prepared at deposition temperature Tdep= 400oC and film thickness of 650nm at different annealing temperature were considered namely 350, 450 and 550oC for a time period of two hours 4- Ammonium metamolybdate [(NH4)6Mo7O24] was used to get WO3 film and doped withMoO3 by atomic percentage 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% and all samples were homogeneous uniform films. |
