Abstract The present investigation was intensive study of fungi of some medicinal plants namely, Coriandrum sativum, Allium sativum, Cuminum cyminum, Foeniculum vulgare and Origanum vulgare cultivated at Minia Governorate (Beni-Mazar city). The study included non rhizosphere soil, rhizosphere, rhizoplane, phyllosphere, phylloplane, aeromycobiota of five medicinal plants and seed-borne fungi of three medicinal plants which were collected from (Mallawy, Aboquerquas, Minia, Samalot, Beni-Mazar, and Maghagha) namely, Coriandrum sativum, Cuminum cyminum and Foeniculum vulgare plants. Study the pathogenic effect of Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum on Coriandrum sativum and Foeniculum vulgare germination and biocontrol by Trichoderma harzianum and study the effect of plant extracts from Coriandrum sativum, Cuminum cyminum and Foeniculum vulgare on some pathogenic fungi such as Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium moniliforme. Isolation and identification of yeasts and study the effect of yeasts on seed germination and formation of Foeniculum vulgare and Coriandrum sativum fruits. |
