Abstract

The main objective of this study was isolated and identification of salmonella SPP isolated from Beef meat Products in El Gharbiagovernorate.collect 120 random samples from different supermarkets in Gharbia 30 samples from each Products (Luncheon, Burger, Kofta, Minced Meat). Biochemical identification of salmonella Spp by (T.S.I, urea, etc.)Serological identification of salmonella SPP by monovalent and polyvalent antisera. Application of PCR technique for Further identification of isolated strain.
