Abstract
The rats were sacrified after the end of the experimental period about (60 days), there was a significant increase in serum testosterone level in third group (375mg/kg) and second group (125mg/kg) as compared with control group. Moreover, there was a significant increase sperm concentration and sperm motility in third group and second group.While there was a significant decrease in sperm abnormality in third group and second group . Also a significant decrease in MDA concentration in third group and second group , while there was a significant increase in testicular catalase enzyme activity in third group and second group.
