This research aims to use new functions such as (general trend function – Gombertz function - function Gompertz weighted by a factor of healthy improvement) in estimating the cost of pension taking into account the health improvement. This work is to achieve the fairness between rights and liabilities of insurance contract parties. And to obtain more accurate results for the estimates may be would need. Data of mortality experience of insurance companies through (1997-2009) has been treated to obtain the value of PX, t as estimated values; a Commutation table has been prepared and used to calculate the cost of retirement payments. Three methods have been applied to achieve that goal. A comparison has been met to show more clearance. And also predict the data tables computational codes for future periods and use those tables in the expected cost of the expense compared with the cost used by the Insurance Authority social knowledge of the lack of justice in the calculation of contributions to the social insurance system, including the payments received by the insured, which leads to the inadequacy of this payment to the requirements of the expense future insured them and so this research aims to resort to insurance companies with the use of the previous functions until we get a fair share of them and boost fair face future pension obligations.
