Abstract Hyperlipidemia is a condition characterized by very high levels of cholesterol in the blood. It’s a risk factor of developing heart disease. People with hypercholesterolemia have a high risk of developing a form of heart disease called coronary artery disease. The buildup of plaque in coronary arteries causes a form of chest pain called angina and greatly increases a person’s risk of having a heart attack. Fish oil is used in the treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia. The aim of recent studying the effect of fish oil for treating and preventing hyperlipidemia, after knowing their active constituents and their biological activities, using experimental animal (Rats). This study used species of fish oils (cod liver oil), Adding it at different levels on the pizza, dried and crushed by using a precession mill to give a powder and were kept in plastic bags in a cool and dry location for using. |
