Abstract

The aim of the study was to compare the effect of pulpotec and
calcium hydroxide intracoronal dressing on interappointment pain relief
for symptomatic posterior teeth with acute pulpitis with periodontitis
utilizing:
1. Visual analogue scale (VAS) at different time intervals:
a. Preoperative
b. After 8,12 ,24,48 hours postoperatively
c. After 1, 3, 6 months.
2. six months of clinical and radiographic follow up protocol.
