Revealed this study the disclosure of the contrast between the views of workers in the Ministry of Planning in the Government of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, respect to the stages of knowledge management and administrative creativity, with determining the nature of the relationship and influence between the stages of knowledge management and administrative creativity. Depending on the data that has been obtained from list of questionnaire which was designed a representative sample of workers (Senior management, Middle management, Minimum management), where the sample consisted from (181) Single, The number of lists correct questionnaire (167) List. This study contains four chapters, in addition to the references and appendices as follows : Chapter One: concepts and previous studies. Chapter Two: The study methodology. Chapter Three: Results of the field study Chapter Four: Summary of Findings and Recommendations. The researcher found to the presence of moral difference According (Senior management, Middle management, Minimum management) about the stages of knowledge management and administrative creativity, and the presence of relationship moral correlation, Between the study variables, moral’s effects for some stages of knowledge management dimensions of the administrative creativity, The study made a series of scientific recommendations, To take advantage in order to increase interest stages of knowledge management in order to influence the level of administrative creativity with ministry of Planning staff.
