Abstract 74 RPL is one of the most frustrating and difficult areas in reproductive medicine because the etiology is often unknown and there are few evidence-based diagnostic and treatment strategies. It differs from infertility and classically refers to the occurrence of two or more consecutive losses of clinically recognized pregnancies prior to the 20th week of gestation. Recurrent pregnancy loss in women at different trimesters is associated with endocrine abnormalities where serum homocysteine and insulin levels increase in a different way from the increased levels in normal healthy pregnant women. |
