Abstract

This study provides new valid methods for the determination of the active materials of new pharmaceutical drugs (nicorandil, tibolone, memantine HCl, and (sitagliptin +simvastatin).
For nicorandil determination, we used reverse phase-HPLC. The analytes were chromatographed on BDS C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of 5 mm monobasic potassium phosphate–methanol .The time used less than 4 min for the run.
For tibolone determination, we used a rapid chromatographic. The analytes were chromatographed on The HPLC separation and quantitation were achieved on a BDS C18. The mobile phase was consists of ( Water – acetonitrile). The chromatographic run time was less than 6 min for the mixture
For memantine HCl determination, we used a rapid chromatographic. The analytes were chromatographed on a Biobasic SCX. The mobile phase was consists of 3.3 mm K2HPO4 – acetonitrile– Methanol. The chromatographic run time was less than 5 min for the mixture
For sitagliptin and simvastatin determination, we used a rapid chromatographic The best chromatographic separation occurred on BDS C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of buffer (0.1% Triethylamine pH 3.5) – acetonitrile-Methanol. The chromatographic run time was less than 6 min for the mixture.
