Objectives of the study: The study aimed to identify the social and cultural needs of children in the Sultanate of Oman, which pays due attention to the researcher in the study highlight the importance of meeting these needs, and the importance of the role of upbringing institutions in the community and, in particular, the roles of family, school, and television in the upbringing and education of child-rearing healthy, and that the importance of the role that can be played by children in the future.Study Approach :Descriptive approach, where it is based on identifying the phenomenon characteristics and describe the nature and quality of the relationship between the variables and their causes and trends, and so on aspects of the orbiting fathom the problem of the study and get to know what they are in the ground, and adopts a descriptive approach to the interpretation of the status quo in the study population and determine the circumstances and the relations existing It is among the variables to identify the social and cultural needs of children in the Sultanate of Oman. Descriptive approach also goes beyond just a collection of descriptive data on the phenomenon to linkage analysis and interpretation of this data, classify, measure and draw conclusions from them.search methods:
