Abstract
Textile wastewater (I, II and III) were collected from Egypt Company
for the textile industry in El-Mahalla El-Kubra as effluents from three
pathways of drains. Through screening, thirteen fungal isolates have been
isolated from textile wastewater, only seven isolates showed to some extent
decolorization abilities for the seven used textile dyes(Isma fast red (IF),
Fantacell olive (FO), Dycrofix red (DR), Dycrofix violet (DV), Jakazol black
(JB), Drimarene blue (DB) and Jakofix yellow (JY)).
