This study aims to identify the role of communication public relations activities in the Iraqi civil society organizations in the legislating of laws. The study also aims to identify the communication skills of the staff of public relations within organizations, as well as learn how to evaluate the communication activities of public relations and restrictions that face within organizations in addition to keep an eye on communication activities carried out by civil society organizations in Iraq during tries issuing and legislation laws in Iraq, and the obstacles that face organizations with relevant legislation of laws and identify the most important methods that can be useful in the development of communication public relations activities in the civil society organizations in legislating of laws , the researcher used the descriptive method by using the survey method, she also used the questionnaire to collect data on a sample included (20) organization distributed on (180) workers in these organizations, public relations and managers of these organizations and the researcher reached to the fact that the Iraqi civil society organizations play an important role in the enactment of legislation of laws The study recommends providing organizations with specialized cadres in the media and coordination between organizations and government legislative agencies and increase government financial support.
