Abstract The study has a one-group design. All the students of third year in 2012 have been involved in the experiment. The subjects of the study comprised fifty-eight (58) students of third year EFL prospective teachers at Faculty of Education, Damnhour University. The age of those students ranged from 20 to 21 years old The present study attempted to investigate the effectiveness of a suggested translation program for developing student-teachers’ translation skills. Thus, a pre/post test was set to identify the subjects’ level in translation skills before and after the application of the suggested translation program. |
