The Goal of The Research is to know the Effectiveness of the suggested Model for (Computer and Information Technology) Course in Developing the Achievement and the Attitude towards the Internet-based Learning for the Deaf Pupils. For this purpose, the researcher has prepared two lists of Educational Standard Levels and Technical Standard Levels to design the suggested Electronic Model to the Course ruled by the Professionals. The suggested Electronic Model has been designed and produced according to these Standard Levels. The Researcher has used the Descriptive Approach in the phase of study and analysis. Also, he has used the Quasi-experimental Approach to design and produce The suggested Electronic Model for The Course. The Basic Research Sample consisted of (34) of the Deaf Pupils enrolled in Amal Schools for The Deaf in Mansoura, Second Year Vocational Preparatory stage. The Researcher’s Tools were defined by the experimental Treatment Tool (The suggested Electronic Model for Computer and Information Technology Course) and The Measurement Tools (an Achievement Test and the measurement of the Attitude). The Research concluded the Effectiveness of the suggested Model for Course in developing the Achievement and the Attitude towards the Internet-based Learning for the Deaf Pupils.
