Abstract In this study, breast cancer has been chosen because of its high incidence rate, morbidity and mortality especially in our community aiming to participate in developing the prognostic aspects breast cancer is judged by and help finding new therapeutic targets especially for triple negative breast cancer. The present study was carried out on 80 specimens of invasive breast carcinoma collected during the period of study from archive of pathology department, faculty of medicine, Tanta University and from private laboratories. Cases with hormonal profile and Her-2 status are those to be included in this study provided that the blocks are of primary tumor from patients underwent radical mastectomy, modified radical mastectomy or conserving surgery including sentinel and/or axillary lymph node dissection, while patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or who underwent preceding treatment at another institution or patients with second primary tumor are excluded. |
