Statistical analysis techniques play a very important role in statistics especially in practical life in all fields of science. As a result of this role, studying statistical analysis techniques should have continuous improvements to be more credible in describing relations between variables. This study uses both factor analysis technique and path analysis technique. To analyze multi-variable data, researcher studied the relation between children mortality and level of fertility, also studied the effect of economic, social, demographic and health factors on children mortality and level of fertility. This study aims to examine the degree and direction of the relationship between infant mortality and fertility and to identify the determinants of demographic, health, economic and social influence on both fertility and child mortality. And use the path analysis method to explain the relationship between infant mortality and fertility and the use of factorial analysis method to analyze the relationship between child mortality and fertility and to clarify the most important factors that affect both of them. The study found that the most important variables that affect fertility is the number of deaths of children and the age of the wife and the average period between birth and other maternal age at first calving. One result of that factor analysis (quality of housing and the rate of the period between birth and the other type of food, mother’s age at first calving) these variables affect both of deaths of children under five years of age and fertility levels by 28.11%. Track the results of the analysis showed that the majority of mothers breastfeeding rate of 87.7%. The present study recommends expanding in the future to study the relationship between infant mortality and fertility levels using neural networks method.
