Abstract
This prospective study was conducted on 20 Diabetic patients (Type II) from June 2014 to September 2015. There were 14 females (70%) and 6 males (30%). The age ranged from 37 years to 67 with mean age 55.2 years. All patients are precisely not associated with peripheral ischemia (ABPI>0.9). Resistant ulcers: are defined as ulcers show no attempts to healing after 12 weeks of conservative treatment.
Aim of the work is to evaluate usefulness of insoles in enhancing healing of planter foot ulcer.
Inclusion criteria
1-type 2 diabetes
2-resistant ulcer (more than 12 weeks)
Exclusion criteria
1-peripheral
