المستخلص
We divided the subject matter of the study in this research entitled “The Impact of term in the lease” into two parts preceded by an introductory chapter in which we handled what term is, its conditions, sources and types. In Section One, we addressed what term is and its conditions. In Section two, we handled the sources and types of the term. Then, we handled in Part One that is entitled “The Role of The Term in The Lease” the specification of the term in the lease through Chapter One. Then, we showed the modification of the term in the lease through chapter two. Then we addressed in Part Two entitled” Expiry and Extension of the term in the lease” and we showed the expiry of the term in the lease through Chapter One and to match the necessities of the research we devoted another chapter entitled “Extension of the lease “. Then, we ended the study with a conclusion that involved the results and recommendations.
